Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
PressPop is operated by Nineteen AGH Public Relations Management (License No. 1388615), P.O. Box 8156, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what PressPop collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
1. What we collect
- Account information — your name, email, and company when you sign up.
- Order data — the outlets, packages, and content you submit for distribution, plus billing metadata.
- Payment information — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage & analytics — basic technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) to keep the product working and improve it.
- Support messages — anything you send us via the contact form or email.
2. How we use it
- To operate your account and deliver the campaigns you order;
- To process payments and issue receipts / invoices;
- To provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
- To improve product performance, security, and reliability;
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, campaign updates);
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with providers that help us run the service:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics to understand how the site is used.
- Email delivery providers — to send transactional and notification emails.
- Distribution partners & outlets — the outlets you selected receive only the press-release content you submit (not your account data).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Optional analytics cookies help us understand how people use the site; you can control these in your browser settings.
5. Data retention
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). You can request earlier deletion of non-financial data at any time.
6. Your rights
PressPop is based in the United Arab Emirates and handles personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and, where applicable, the GDPR / UK GDPR for users in those regions.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@presspop.ai from the email address on your account. We'll respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, hashed credentials, least-privilege access to production data — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure; if we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we'll tell you promptly.
8. Children
PressPop is not intended for anyone under 18. Please don't use the service or provide personal information if you are under 18.
9. International transfers
PressPop operates from the United Arab Emirates and uses providers hosted in the US, EU, and other regions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect data transferred internationally.
10. Changes
We'll update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be flagged by email or in-app notice.
11. Contact
Privacy questions or requests: hello@presspop.ai.
